Campus Track’s intuitive interface is also customizable. You can create your own drop-down lists to meet the specific needs of your institution, and even set your screen for automatic check in, such as at an event, to speed traffic flow.

Campus Track is available for Windows-based systems only. It runs on a Microsoft SQL Server database.

Campus Track™ Mobile Gives You More Options

Campus Track™ Mobile extends the functionality of Campus Track™ from your desktop PC to a portable handheld computer. This gives campus personnel the additional flexibility to track activity check-in and check-out almost anywhere.

Using Campus Track™ Mobile, student information, including photos, student status and contact information can be easily displayed on the spot. The integrated bar code scanner allows fast attendance tracking at any event or location just by scanning the student’s ID badge.

Campus Track™ Mobile is a powerful tool at college events both on and off campus, including sporting events, special seminars or extra curricular activities. Student identity, status and authorization to attend the event along with arrival and departure can be viewed and entry tracked, improving security and accountability for everyone. An optional portable printer allows you to instantly issue an entrance receipt at check-in.
