FacilityPro – a powerful management system

The first component of the complete Smart Card Solution offered by Magna Carta is the software FacilityPro Manager.  This software allows the user to efficiently manage facilities on-site, improve the quality of the services offered, and better tailor these services to the customers. FacilityPro Manager allows the administrator to:

• Define products and prices
• Configure terminals
• Define zones and assign the right to gain access at the terminals within a zone to individual FacilityPro cards or to all FacilityPro cards on-site
• Collect turnover data and other relevant information about use of the terminals
• Generate reports about use of the terminals
• Check how much money was in an e-purse of a defective, lost or stolen FacilityPro card
• Add lost or stolen cards to the hot-list so that they become blocked when presented at a terminal
• Define different levels of authorization within the software, per administrator

FacilityPro Manager has a modular structure, allowing the appropriate modules to be included depending on the requirements of the organization.  FacilityPro Manager will always include one or more of the available terminal modules: PayPro, AccessPro, TimePro, CardPro and PowerPro.
