Attendance Tracking Software

 

The Site Track™ software solution provides a tool for tracking personnel and/or attendee activity at any event or location. The software allows for enrollment of personnel or attendee information into a database. Once enrolled, an individual’s identity and status can be easily verified using an authorized credential, such as an ID card or bar coded label. Site Track™ can be used to verify personnel information and provide accountability statistics and other information for management reporting.

Personnel Enrollment

  • Capture and store a wide range of on-site personnel information in a single, centralized database.
  • Captured information includes name, company/contractor, multiple addresses and phone numbers, emergency contact information, and many other items.
  • Issue full color, bar coded ID badges with integrated ID Works™ photo ID solutions.

 

Site Management Tracking and Reporting

  • On-site accountability management features.
  • Record location and assignment, check-in and check-out times.
  • View personnel information at the site including employee emergency contact information and special notes.
  • Site reporting features by time and date with a description.

 

Mobile Handheld Tracking

  • Integrated with the Site Track™ software, the handheld device is a rugged portable device that is used for tracking and verification.
  • Verify contractor status with photo and current status.
  • Track activity such as check-in and check-out times, and download to Site Track™ for reporting purposes.

 

Integrated External Time and Attendance Reader

  • Wall mounted, network terminal to capture attendance.
  • Use biometric (fingerprint), Mifare smart card or PIN number.
  • Download data from reader to Site Track™ software for reporting.

 

Easy Implementation

  • Fully configured Microsoft Access Database.
  • Standard data import feature which allows personnel information to be downloaded from an existing data source.
  • Pre-configured database and screens.
  • Easily add drop down lists for many of the data entry fields.
  • Simple, effective user interface.
